Two Local Favorites Under One Roof Beginning February 12
ASHEVILLE, NC (February 1, 2021) – With plans underway for a February 12 reopening and anniversary celebration, Bottle Riot’s Lauri and Barrett Nichols announce a newly formed partnership with Strada Italiano owner Chef Anthony Cerrato. The collaboration brings a new dining option to the River Arts District and an inspired menu to Bottle Riot customers. A socially-distanced celebration of food, drink, and local love happens February 12 - 14, 2 p.m. - 9 p.m.
“We’re beyond excited to team up with our good friends at Bottle Riot and announce the opening of Piccola Strada,” says Chef Anthony. “We’ve designed a small plate menu to pair wonderfully with their amazing selection of natural wines and European beers.”
The Piccola Strada menu features chef-selected Strada classics like Tuscan Stuffed Figs and Grilled Florentine Ravioli, along with delightful new offerings showcasing house-made fresh pastas and a signature appetizer, Whole Garlic al Forno. The kitchen will open daily with service during regular business hours.
“What a great way to reopen and kick off our third year in business. We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Anthony and the Strada family to Bottle Riot,” says co-owner Lauri Nichols. “The new restaurant concept pairs perfectly with our atmosphere and attitude. Plus, the food’s incredible!” she adds.
