About the Event
KIRSTEN, Mosel, Germany-Riesling Brut Sekt - 100% Riesling from Klüsserath, spontaneous tank fermentation, aged with lees in bottle for at least 9 months before hand riddling and disgorging.
CHÂTEAU PERRON, Bordeaux, France-Graves Blanc - 50% Sauvignon, 40% Sémillon, 10% Muscadelle, vinified with skin contact, aged on the lees.
OGNISSOLE, Puglia, Italy-Tenuta di Manduria Primitivo-The grapes are vinified in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks. The maceration, carried out at a temperature not higher than 26 °C, lasts 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation is completed by the beginning of winter. Afterwards, there is a further fining period in steel tanks (about 3 months) and in bottle (about 2 months).
