About the Event
Chef Terri is taking us down to her hometown of Clarksdale, Mississippi with a 6-course tasting paired with the perfect wines, and cocktail. Tickets are limited and will sell out quickly. Reserve your seat today.
Chef Terri’s food history began at her grandmother’s knee learning Delta cuisine in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Her varied background includes working as an executive chef for the Le Mans Race Car, owning her restaurants and catering company, and running Asheville’s beloved first farm-to-table restaurant HomeGrown for 12 years. Recently she was the Culinary Director for the Chow Chow Culinary Festival, Asheville’s premier chef-driven food and beverage festival, which this year focused on social equity in our food systems. Her relationship with local farmers runs deep and as a private chef and caterer, she relies on them to source the best products available.
