About the Event
The culinary masterminds behind the blind pig and Aux Bar are taking over District Wine Bar. This food and wine extravaganza will take place over 2 days and the menu includes Wood Smoked Brisket with Summer Pickles, Pickled Shrimp Salad with Aioli,
Smoked Pork Shoulder Sandwich with Fennel Cole Slaw , and the Haus Burger with Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato & Pickles. Our team will take this delicious menu and pair with the perfect wine or beer. If that doesn't make you hungry and thirsty I don't know what will.
