This month's three-course wine dinner will feature Santiago's culinary homage to Peru paired perfectly with premium South American wines. Seating is limited. Vegetarian options are available.
Santiago was born in Peru, surrounded by food, family and vibrant Peruvian flavors. From a young age, he loved to cook. After moving to New York with a suitcase and a dream, he was encouraged to follow his passion and enter the culinary world professionally. Since then, he has been on a mission to share the exquisite flavors of Peru with the world. His cooking comes from the heart, and that love is evident in his food.
Ticket includes three-courses paried with wine.
