Asheville-based youth psych/punk band Uncle Kurtis is Graham Barrineau (14) on drums, Riley Darnell (14) on lead vocals, Jackson Lee (14) on guitar and vocals, and Quinn Sforza (14) on bass. Launched in August, 2017, and already enjoying rising acclaim for their originality, musicianship and captivating performances, the band’s growing list of completely original songs blends their interests in punk, prog-rock, metal, classic rock, and countless other influences. The band’s debut LP "Let's Kill Uncle Kurtis" is due out worldwide on 8/15/18 via New York-based Girth Records. The band is stoked to build its audience in Asheville and beyond in the days and weeks to come.
