Chef Dream Kasestatad brings his roaming Los Angeles-based Pranom Pop-Up back to District Wine Bar for one night only! The traveling pop-up restaurant serves authentic Thai street food and features family recipes handed down from generations.  

Sip, slurp and savor Chef Kasestatad’s signature Slow Braised Brisket Boat Noodle Soup while it lasts. Service begins at 4pm. Vegetarian (tofu) option available. Dishes range from $11 - $12.  

The product of four generations of Thai restauranteurs, Kasestatad began his culinary career making Pad Thai from his apartment and delivering it to friends, neighborhood bars, and businesses in Los Angeles. Word quickly spread and he soon began hosting Thai street food pop-ups all over the city as Pranom Pop-Up. From private parties for BuzzFeed to television shows like Dancing With The Stars, Kasestatad made his mark at media events, festivals, and celebrity parties in the city’s trendiest bars, and restaurants.

After popping up for a stint in Los Angeles, Kasestatad decided to take his Thai street food   pop-up on the road. To date, Pranom Pop-Up has completed four cross-country tours and is headed to District Wine Bar as part of his fifth.
